Our Group Strength classes, included in our Platinum membership, are capped at 12 people to provide personalized attention to our members. This class will help you build power and strength while burning calories. Learn proper lifting techniques and functional movements in a small group setting. Workouts are posted on our private Facebook Page:

Individual Class Descriptions: 

Legs Glutes & Core

This Small Group Training class will focus on building leg, glute&core strength utilizing a variety of compound exercises, plyos & iso movements designed to spike your heart rate & push you to the limit. Complete class with a 15 minute cardio finisher!


Back Shoulders & Core

This Small Group Training class focuses on sculpting your back, shoulder & core. Improve your muscular strength and endurance and improve your body as a whole. Complete class with a 15 minute cardio finisher!


Chest Bi Tri & Core

This Small Group Training class will focus on sculpting your chest, triceps, biceps and core. Improve your muscular and cardiovascular endurance with a variety of weighted and body weight exercises. Complete class with a 15 minute cardio finisher!

Full Body


This Small Group Training class will be sure to help you burn calories all day. Full body workouts activate a variety of muscle groups, burn fat, and build strength. Complete class with a 15 minute cardio finisher!
