  • Strength Training Rounds: Experience two rounds of strength training exercises strategically designed to target every muscle group. Classes are categorized into full body, upper body, and lower body sessions, ensuring a balanced approach to strength development.

  • Cardio-Based Ender: Conclude your workout with an invigorating cardio-based ender, adding an extra layer of intensity to boost your cardiovascular fitness.

  • Variety in Reps and Sets: Our program introduces various reps and sets each day, providing a diverse and challenging workout routine to keep your body adapting and progressing.
