Coastal: Small Group Strength

Legs Glutes & Core

This Small Group Training class will focus on building leg, glute&core strength utilizing a variety of compound exercises, plyos & iso movements designed to spike your heart rate & push you to the limit. 

Back Shoulders & Core

This Small Group Training class focuses on sculpting your back, shoulders & core. Improve your muscular strength and endurance and improve your body as a whole. 

Chest Bi Tri & Core

This Small Group Training class will focus on sculpting your chest, triceps, biceps and core. Improve your muscular and cardiovascular endurance with a variety of weighted and body weight exercises.
