Jill is a NASM certified personal trainer with a BS in Nutritional Sciences. She was a gymnast and former gymnastics coach for 12 years. She couldn’t shake that competitive edge and loves to bring a challenge to each of her classes. She strives for a healthy gym-life balance and loves to make the gym a FUN and approachable place. Outside of the gym you can find Jill in the garden, volunteering at her favorite rescue, or exploring good eats around town.
Doctor of Physical Therapy and Certified Personal Trainer
Joe is a Doctor of Physical Therapy and a certified strength & conditioning specialist through the NSCA.
Joe helps his clients get the most out of their bodies by combining his passions of sports performance, health/wellness, and rehab. He has a strong passion for working with golfers, but enjoys working with all athletes at any age.

Kacey is the Coastal Fitness General Manager, Certified Personal Trainer, and Group Fitness instructor. She has a B.A in Exercise Science and is a NASM certified personal trainer.

Phil is a NASM Certified Personal Trainer who loves to help his clients reach and exceed their cardio, weight training and flexibility goals.
Phil is a huge advocate of leading a healthy, active lifestyle, and his customized plans are designed with that in mind. He believes that you should be able to work for what you want without having to skip out on fun, and aims to bring a little bit of that fun into every work out session. Work hard. Play hard. Stacy Woodley is a Pro Bodybuilder Athlete and Certified through National Association of Fitness Certifications (NAFC) as a Personal, Group Fitness and Spin Instructor. She is also a Certified Nutrition Coach and Boxing and Barbells Instructor.
She is described as a tough cookie with an ultra approachable demeanor, great sense of humor, and a warm smile. She pushes and encourages people to dig a little deeper while working within their capabilities.
One of her specialties includes helping busy people Lose Fat/Build Muscle/Increase Metabolism and confidence without spending hours at gym. She is all about being accountable to oneself. Make Progress Not Excuses!
