Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be made in person or by certified mail.
Cancellations received after the 20th of the month will be subject to one additional monthly payment, as stated in your membership agreement. We do not accept cancellations over the phone, email, website chat, or Facebook/Instagram.
Freeze Policy
Freeze must be made in person or by certified mail.
Basic, Class & Platinum Monthly members may place an unlimited freeze their membership for $10/mo. Freeze forms received after the 20th of the month will be subject to one additional monthly payment.

Paid in Full members may place freeze on their membership for $10/mo (3 month maximum). An extension will be placed towards the original PIF expiration date. Freeze forms received after the 20th of the month will be subject to one additional monthly payment.
Age Policy

Ages 11-13 are allowed to sign up for a Coastal Fitness membership as long as they are accompanied by their parent or guardian who also has a Coastal Membership, at all times.
Ages 14-17 must have a parent or guardian sign their membership agreement or day pass waiver.
